CSL Engineering Ltd operate in the crowded marketplace of Project Management and Subsea Engineering. In face of growing competition, they approached us to enhance and promote their brand to make it stand out from the crowd. Our marketing professionals and designers came to the decision to reflect the company’s values of professional integrity and excellence throughout their marketing collateral.
We conducted market research and in-depth business analysis, from that research we discovered CSL’s key objectives and developed an understanding of the entire company from structures through to operations.
The initial stage of our design work for the rebrand was to make adjustments to their already established logo. Our designer modernised the typography and refined the marque readying it for use across a wide range of materials, both digital and print.
From there, we worked closely with management and the marketing team, to establish a coherent set of brand guidelines and toolkit which would allow the client to roll out the refreshed brand both internally and externally.
The next step was to update their digital presence. With a large part of the business being based in offshore technical recruitment, their website needed to reflect advancing technologies. We created a robust and scalable digital presence that would work across all devices, utilising the latest digital development and design skills.
We continued working with them, producing all marketing collateral as well as internal communication tools and a full set of corporate stationary for the company. We also supported CSL with their exhibition presence and have subsequently worked on multiple projects with them.
In 2015 the company underwent further restructuring and took the majority of their marketing work in-house.
