TactX and UEFA Training Ground today (Tuesday, November 01, 2011) announces the launch of TactX Board, the new social media style communication platform for revolutionary football coaching animation software application, TactX.

TactX Board will allow TactX users to share TactX drills, videos, pictures and comments with other players and coaches in order to develop skills, enhance player performance and get the most out of coaching and mentoring facilities for all players - from grassroots to professional.  It is with thanks to UEFA support that TactX Board, valued at approximately €1,000, will be made available with every new or existing TactX subscription (€10 per month) at no additional cost.

Lesley Little, Director of TactX comments, “We have had a lot of positive feedback from coaches about TactX, and many had asked if it was possible to share drills with players in a private ‘social network’ style environment. From this demand we developed TactX Board - the ideal platform for users to improve on their game in virtual means - sharing tips, techniques, 3D animations and real-time images to enhance the overall delivery of coaching at all levels.

The group email function within TactX Board will allow users to send emails to selected password protected groups in regard to particular TactX drills. All users within this group will be able to see TactX drills in the 3D, with the inclusion of interactive 360 degree angles - similar to those found during televised matches.

TactX Board will be made available to all existing TactX subscribers from today alongside the TactX Animator tab.
