Project: Aberdeen Harbour Board - Board Room Re-furbishment 
Summary: AVC worked closely with the members of the Harbour Board to identify their vision for the Board Room and Meeting Room.

Background

Aberdeen Harbour Board is responsible for Aberdeen Harbour, a world class port that annually handles around 5 million tonnes of cargo, valued at approximately £1.5 billion, for a wide range of industries.  The Harbour serves Aberdeen and an extensive hinterland and is a centre of activity for the offshore oil and gas industry's marine support operations in North-west Europe.

The Harbour Board wanted to modernise their existing Board Room and Meeting Room and AVC was introduced to support this.

Summary

AVC worked closely with the members of the Harbour Board to identify their vision for the Board Room and Meeting Room.

AVC supplied an 84” diagonal rear projection interactive touch screen system which was integrated in a bespoke media wall together with an AMX system to allow easy control of functionality.  To allow maximum flexibility of use a videoconferencing system was also installed with the camera being integrated within the media wall.
