Absolutely free to join, the scheme recognises continued client loyalty and rewards you every six months with some fantastic offers and incentives, based on your total bookings for that period.

Joining
To join our new loyalty scheme, please read our terms and conditions below and then register your details. You will then be contacted with further details and an exclusive membership number which must be quoted on booking with Audiovisual Hire or the AVC Business Centre.
Terms and Conditions
- The loyalty scheme is available to new and existing clients of the AVC Business Centre and AVC’s Audiovisual Hire services.
- All those wishing to participate in the loyalty scheme should contact info@avcmedia.com. They will then be asked to fill out the application form in full. AVC will advise if their application has been successful via e-mail.
- On approval, members will be issued with a membership number and related information regarding the scheme.
- The membership number must be quoted on request of every quote/booking for it to count within the scheme.
- Each membership number will represent an individual, not a company, department or team.
- Every six months (November and May) AVC will contact you to inform you of your current milestone. Incentives will be distributed thereafter or can be carried over to the end of 12 months maximum, if requested.
- In the event of a booker leaving the company, their replacement will keep the loyalty number and booking total on notification of their appointment.
- A booker must reapply for the scheme if they begin employment at a different company. Points will not be carried over.
- Existing bookings are not included in the scheme. Only bookings made after acceptance into the loyalty scheme are valid for inclusion.
- Bookings cannot be combined across Audiovisual Hire and Business Centre bookings and two separate incentives will be awarded if a client of both services.
