AVC employ just under 80 staff at the company headquarters in Aberdeen. These individuals are at the core of AVC, providing the company with the personalities, experience, skills, leadership and creativity in order to drive the business forward and provide the best service possible.

On the surface, our clients deal with account handlers, creatives, technical staff and business development professionals, however one of AVC’s unique business traits is the vast support network working behind the scenes, offering vital services and helping to streamline the overall business process.

These individuals are fundamental to the workings of AVC, providing financial, HR, administration and business support to staff and in turn supporting the smooth processing of client accounts and related requirements.
