AVC Media has linked with a number of organisations and educational establishments over the past year on a wide variety of projects, events and placement opportunities. These have included the Grampian Police Community Diversity Team, Grampian Police Diced Cap, St Machar Academy, Robert Gordon University, Peterhead Academy, Children 1st, Cornerstone, Inspire and NHS Organ Donation Register.
The AVC Business Centre also promotes and encourages local artists by inviting them to exhibit in the centre’s new gallery, viewed by hundreds of delegates a month.
AVC Media remains committed to environmental management and ways of reducing the carbon footprint of the business as a whole. Following a Business Environment Partnership (BEP) audit in 2007, AVC Media developed an environmental policy and monitoring. AVC Media continue to identify new ways of improving environmental performance and have recently introduced a number of new and improved recycling schemes in the AVC Business Centre.
The health and safety of our employee’s is of the highest priority to AVC Media. Our objective is to have a workplace free of incidents and injuries. Our Health and Safety Policy reflects this and is constantly reviewed and adjusted where appropriate to achieve this aim.

AVC Media’s partnership with Community Diversity Team at Grampian Police has seen staff get involved in community projects where possible, celebrating the varied cultures within the city. A car, enabling the team to travel to different areas within the city to carry out their work, was recently donated to the police by AVC Media.
