Recent Channel Changes
Sky Sports Extra has now changed its name to Sky Sports 4, however all content and channel number 404 remains the same.
Some of the subscription Movie channels have been re-branded too. Please see below for full details of the changes:

305 Action and Thriller - Action

Billing Direct:
Do not forget since January 2010, the monthly Sky subscription invoices have been direct from Sky to the client. If this is not already done, Sky should be set up as a registered vendor. AVC will continue to send monthly statements so that this can clarify Sky are charging the correct value. If you have any queries regarding your billing do not hesitate to contact us to investigate.
Dry Dock and Down Manning:
When in dry dock or even whilst unmanned, ensure that you notify us so that we can suspend the account for a limited period of time. Furthermore, in certain circumstances if down manned, we may be able to reduce your subscription for a period of up to 3 months maximum.
